Our Programs
Friendship Circle teens provide friendship to countless individuals with special needs and their families by providing recreational and social activities. In addition to helping those in need, the Friendship Circle enriches the many teen volunteers by enabling them to reap the rewards of selfless giving.
Sunday Circle
Sunday Circle is a drop off program creating a wonderful respite opportunity for parents. Participants along with their trained teen buddies and Friendship Circle staff partake in structured activities such as music, art, crafts, baking and free play.
Friends at Home
This weekly program facilitates quality time between teen volunteers and kids with special needs in the comfort of their own homes. Each week, two volunteers visit their special friend, offering companionship, laughter, and fun. In exchange, the teen volunteers learn the value of friendship and experience firsthand the power of giving.
Sports Leagues
Friendship Circle offers seasonal sessions of sports where participants can enjoy a range of athletic activities such as soccer, kickball, gaga & races. Professional coaches and teen volunteers engender team spirit and encourage everyone to get moving!
My daughter loves when the teen volunteers come by to visit. It brightens up her day and brings joy to our home. We are so grateful for Friendship Circle!
